Ingredients

  • 500g of fresh white fish fillet, cubed
  • Juice of 8 lemons
  • 陆 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Zambos Ceviche to serve

Preparation

    Place the fish in a bowl and cover with the lemon juice; let it rest until the fish is opaque and well marinated.

    Add the red onion, tomato, cilantro, and salt to taste, mixing gently.

    Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
