Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 6 ounces of shredded or ground puyazo meat
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of oregano powder
- 2 tablespoons of black sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 hamburger bun
- Ketchup sauce to taste
- Lettuce to taste

Preparation
- 1.
In a bowl place the meat with the mentioned spices. Garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, black sauce, and coriander. Mix well and make the meatloaf.

In a frying pan, place oil and cook the cake to the desired finish. Place ketchup sauce on one of the bread slices. Add lettuce to taste.
